Refund & Replacement Policy – SkillMatrix.in

At SkillMatrix.in, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality digital products and training services. Since our offerings include digital downloads and workshops/training, our refund and replacement policy is designed to be clear and fair.


1. Digital Products (Templates, Plugins, Themes, SaaS Tools, etc.)

  • No Refund Policy: All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of downloadable goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased.

  • Replacement:

    • If the product file is corrupted, incomplete, or you are unable to download it, we will provide a fresh download link.

    • If the product does not match the description provided on our website, you may request a replacement within 7 working days.

  • Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate or accidental payments, a full refund will be issued after verification.


2. Workshops & Training Programs

  • Non-Refundable: Once a workshop or training seat is booked, the fee is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling / Transfer:

    • If you are unable to attend a live workshop, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).

    • Alternatively, you may transfer your seat to another participant with prior notice.

  • Cancellation by Us: If a workshop or training session is canceled by SkillMatrix, participants will receive either a full refund or an option to join the next available session.


3. General Conditions

  • Refund/replacement requests must be made within 7 working days of purchase.

  • All requests must be sent to us via email at skillmatrix24@gmail.com with order details and proof of payment.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


4. Exceptions

Refunds/replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Misuse or unauthorized use of the product.

  • Technical issues arising due to customer’s hosting/server environment or third-party tools (unless clearly proven to be product-related).

  • Incomplete attendance or non-participation in workshops/training without prior intimation.
